At the beginning of the academic year, a comprehensive plan of medical care for students is drawn up, a plan for the joint work of the AIDS Center and the city drug dispensary.

The following events are held annually:

in October, familiarization with the personal files of newly enrolled students is conducted, lists are compiled in groups from 1st to 4th year.

Folder No. 1 is issued, where data on planned vaccination is recorded (the last date of vaccinations ADS-M, measles, epid. mumps, rubella, viral hepatitis).

Students of 2-4 courses undergo an annual routine fluorographic examination. The plan is being implemented 100%.

In October, 1st-year students (a new set) undergo a comprehensive medical examination in order to identify chronic diseases and early registration for dispensary registration, drawing up physical education groups.

A vaccination plan is being drawn up for 2nd-year students against tick-borne encephalitis who go to work practice in endemic areas.

Throughout the academic year, students seek emergency help at a medical center, various procedures are also carried out (injections, bandages, primary wound treatment).

Students of the 2nd year in March, before leaving for training and production practice, undergo a comprehensive Prof. inspection.

The college administration allocates funds for the purchase of medicines for emergency medical care.

According to the program , the following events are held annually at the college:

Admission of applicants with the result of fluorography.

Medical examination of patients with lung diseases.

The annual scheduled fluoro-examination of students and staff of the college is carried out at 100%.

Conducting lectures and conversations together with the employees of the OPTD – 2

The issue of sanitary bulletins on the topic “The main signs of tuberculosis”, “Tuberculosis is curable”, “Tuberculosis of Kazakhstan”.

Providing financial assistance to low-income students.

Organization of hot meals in college

The technical staff of the college uses calcium hypochlorite and lumax-chlorine as disinfectants.

State program to combat drug addiction

Systematically in college, a medical worker conducts conversations on topics on the prevention of drug addiction and substance abuse. Meetings with specialists of the narcological dispensary were organized. Individual conversations are conducted. The library organized a review of the literature “Our bad habits”.

Lectures were held:

– “Drug like a ruthless executioner”;

– “The drug is a step into the abyss”;

– “Smoking is harmful to health”;

– “Degree of fall”;

– “Alcoholism and heredity”;

– “Nasvai and its consequences”.

Work to counteract AIDS

There is also a contract for the provision of medical services with the KGP on the PCV “Polyclinic No. 5 of Semey”.

Office work (2020-2021 academic year):

Организация медицинской помощи и профилактика заболеваемости среди студентов колледжа геодезии и картографии за 2017 – 2018 учебный год.

КГКП Колледж геодезии и картографии г. Семей имеет государственную лицензию на занятие медицинской деятельностью согласно прилагаемому перечню. Также имеется договор на оказание медицинских услуг с КГП на ПХВ «Поликлиникой №5 г. Семей».

Для оказания своевременной медицинской помощи студентам, проведения вакцинации, медицинского осмотра в колледже геодезии и картографии с 2003 года имеется медпункт.

Обслуживаемый контингент составляет 433 студентов, из них юноши – 346, девушки – 87.

В начале учебного года составляется комплексный план медицинского обслуживания студентов, план совместной работы Центра «СПИД» и городского наркологического диспансера.

 Ежегодно проводятся следующие мероприятия:

• в октябре проводится ознакомление с личными делами вновь поступивших студентов, составляются списки по группам со 2 по 4 курс.
• Оформляется папка №1, где фиксируются данные по плановой вакцинации (последняя дата прививок АДС-М, корь, эпид. паротит, краснуха, вирусный гепатит).
• Студенты 3-4 курсов проходят ежегодное плановое флюорографическое обследование. План выполнен на 100%.
• План мед. осмотра и флюороосмотра сотрудников колледжа выполнен на 100%
• В октябре студенты 2 курса (новый набор) проходят комплексный медосмотр с целью выявления хронических заболеваний и ранней постановки на диспансерный учет, составления физкультурных групп.
• Составляется план вакцинации студентов 3 курса против клещевого энцефалита, выезжающие на производственную практику в эндемичные районы.

На протяжении учебного года студенты обращаются за экстренной помощью в мед. пункт, также проводятся различные процедуры (инъекции, перевязки, первичная обработка ран). На массовых мероприятиях колледжа, такие как «День здоровья», соревнования на лыжной базе среди студентов, геодезическая эстафета присутствовала для оказания первой медицинской помощи.

Студенты 3 курса в марте, перед выездом на учебно-производственную практику,  проходят  комплексный проф. осмотр

При регулярных проф.осмотрах на педикулез и чесотку больных не выявлено.

153 студента 3  курса 2-х кратно вакцинированы против клещевого энцефалита.

Администрация колледжа выделяет средства на приобретение медикаментов для оказания экстренной медицинской помощи.

Комплексно-целевая программа «Усиления борьбы с туберкулезом в РК»

  Согласно Программе в колледже проводились следующие мероприятия:

1. Прием абитуриентов с результатом флюорографии.
2. Диспансеризация больных с легочными заболеваниями.
3. Ежегодный плановый флюороосмотр студентов и сотрудников колледжа выполнен на 100%.
4. Проведение лекций и бесед совместно с сотрудниками ОПТД – 2
5. Выпуск санбюллетеней на тему «Основные признаки заболевания туберкулезом», «Туберкулез излечим», «Туберкулезден сақтан».
6. Оказание материальной помощи малоимущим студентам.
7. Организация горячего питания в колледже
8. В качестве дезинфицирующих средств технический персонал колледжа применяет гипохлорит кальция и люмакс-хлор.

Государственная программа по борьбе с наркоманией

 Систематически  в колледже мед. работником проводятся беседы на темы по профилактике наркомании и токсикомании. Организованы встречи со специалистами наркологического диспансера. Ведутся индивидуальные беседы. Библиотекой организован просмотр литературы «Наши вредные привычки».

Проведены лекции:

– «Наркотик, как безжалостный палач»;

– «Наркотик – шаг в бездну»;

– «Курить – здоровью вредить»;

– «Градус падения»;

– «Алкоголизм и наследственность»;

– «Насвай и его последствия».

Работа по противодействию СПИДа

 Для студентов колледжа прочитаны лекции врачами студенческой поликлиники дерматологом и гинекологом.

Проведен мед. осмотр студентов со взятием анализа крови на микрореакцию, больных не выявлено.

Прочитаны лекции врачом кожно-венерологического диспансера и из Центра СПИД.
