In the above-mentioned organizations, the trainees in the brigades and independently perform the following activities:

* Creation of the control of large-scale topographic surveys using various methods, including satellite systems GPS, modern electronic total stations, light-range meters;

* topographic survey by various methods; processes related to the updating of topographic maps;

* creation of digital models based on existing maps of different scales;

* engineering and geodetic works on the construction of roads on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition to the above mentioned works, our students took an active part in the implementation of  land management projects throughout the country and at the construction  objects of  Semey, Karaganda, Astana, Almaty and other major cities, performed topographic surveys on archaeological excavations.
