Competition “ZHAS MAMAN-2021”
The College also took part in the teachers’ competition “ZHAS MAMAN-2021”, organized by the International Center for Innovative Methods of Science and Education.
The main goal of the competition is to rank young professionals who, in accordance with the updated content, provide high-quality education and upbringing of schoolchildren. Distribute your work among a wide range of readers.
According to the order of the competition, teachers had to send their lesson plan (SMR, SMR, NMR) or a report, extracurricular activities conducted on the basis of updated education. The materials of the competition were accepted in Kazakh, Russian and English.
In accordance with the technical requirements for the design of competitive materials, our educational institution presented an article on career guidance work.
According to the results of the competition “ZHAS MAMAN-2021”, the republican diploma of the I, II, III degrees was awarded. KGKP “Higher College of Geodesy and Cartography” in the nomination “The best career consultant” distinguished by novelty in the educational system, was awarded a republican diploma of the I degree.

Regional video contest “The best career consultant-2021”
In order to increase the importance of career guidance work in choosing a future profession, the Higher College of Geodesy and Cartography, the Center for Vocational Education of the East Kazakhstan region, took part in the regional remote video contest “The Best Career Guidance Specialist – 2021” with the participation of 16 career guidance specialists among educational institutions of the East Kazakhstan Region VET system from November 30 to December 10.
The content of all the videos submitted to the competition were significant and relevant for applicants.
Based on the results of the jury’s evaluation and open voting on the YouTube channel, the best of the best career mentors of 2021 were determined:
1st place – Alexandra Nikolaevna Sanarova, LLP “Humanitarian and Technical College”;
2nd place – Samalgazhi Gulnur Symykkyzy, KGKP “Higher College of Geodesy and Cartography”, Semey;
3rd place – Bulatova Dinara Bulatovna, Kurbanbekova Malika Zholdasbekovna, KGKP “East Kazakhstan School of Arts named after People’s Artists of the Abdullin brothers”, Ust-Kamenogorsk

Republican online forum “Modern Education”
On November 3, 2021, the Higher College of Geodesy and Cartography took part in the republican online forum “Modern Education”. The main purpose of the forum is to provide full information about college admission in 2022, to help high school students solve questions about where to go to study and enroll in college.
The forum was attended by a responsible expert of the Ministry of Education and Science, leading experts of the college, professional consultants of the journal “Modern Education”. The career guidance work was carried out by the laboratory assistant of the career guidance work Samalgazy G.S.
The Forum was held in 2 languages: state and Russian.
Forum program:
- Conditions of admission to college, generalized information;
- Question and answer;
- Personal conference of the college.
The forum was headed by the head of the magazine “Modern Education” Petrukhin A.A. Expert of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Biekova Bakhytzhan Umitbekovna, Head of the Department of Technical and Vocational Education, informed the participants about the main innovations of the VET system, about the implementation of the project “Free technical and vocational education for all”, under which almost 100 thousand young people are admitted to colleges annually. In 2021, 62% of students enrolled after grade 9 study for free, in 2022 this percentage will increase, and by 2025 100% of those entering colleges after grade 9 will study for free.
About 600 participants took part in the online forum. Graduates sent their questions in advance, and also asked them during the event on the ZOOM platform or on YouTube.
During the career guidance work, information was given about the college, specialty and qualifications, as well as about work practice and employment. Graduates were presented with a presentation and a video clip with information about the college, the proposed areas of study and further areas and types of professional activity.

A special certificate was issued for participation in the online forum “Modern Education”. In addition, information about the college will be published in the republican magazine “Modern Education” in April.
Holding such an event is very important and necessary for applicants in order to attract the attention of graduates.

The festival of the profession “MY PRO”-2021!
On May 26, 2021, the Higher College of Geodesy and Cartography took part in the profession festival “MY PRO”-2021 for graduates of grades 9-11 of schools and unemployed youth of the region. Career guidance work was carried out in front of school graduates by Deputy Director for BP Omarova M.K., acting deputy director for UPR Beksultanova Z.B., laboratory assistant for the organization of career guidance work Samalgazy G.S.
This event was attended by graduates of grades 9 and 11 of secondary schools , Semey, Kurchatov, Shemonaiha.
As part of this event, a video about the college was presented to the attention of graduates, where it was told about specialties, social partners, achievements, the best graduates, employment of graduates, sports sections and clubs.

Фестиваль профессий “MY PRO”
С целью набора по подготовке кадров в системе технического и профессионального образования ВКО на 2018 – 2019 учебный год была организована Центром ТиПО Областной фестиваль «MyPro» в городе Семей. В фестивале участвовали 47 школ города Семей, охват учащихся с 8 по 11 классы составил 1880 детей.
Стенд – моб «Моя профессия – залог процветания страны!» в городах и районах ВКО
С целью набора по подготовке кадров в системе технического и профессионального образования ВКО на 2017 – 2018 учебный год была организована Центром ТиПО мобильная группа по организации и проведению профориентационной работы стенд – моба «Моя профессия – залог процветания страны!» в городах и районах ВКО. Профориентационным отделом колледжа «Геодезии и картографии» был изготовлен ролл – ап «Моя профессия – моя гордость!», «Менің мамандығым – мақтанышым!».
Согласно утвержденному графику, 17 октября 2016 года мобильная группа в составе с представителями колледжей города Семей, Усть-Каменогорска и районных колледжей, а также Центра ТиПО выехала по 1 – направлению «Аксуат – Зайсан – Курчум». На данном мероприятии по Тарбагатайскому району, приняли участие 15 школ с охватом 317 человек (8-11 классы). 18 октября 2016 года в г.Зайсан состоялся стенд – моб с участием 362 школьников из 24 школ. 19 октября 2016 года с. Курчум прошел стенд – моб с участием 11 школ с охватом 294 человек.
Стенд – моб по 2 направлению «Зыряновск – Катон-Карагай – Самар» были проведены с 24 по 26 октября 2016 года, в них приняли участие 8 школ и 187 человек.
По 3 – направлению «Аягоз – Таскескен – Уржар», на стенд – мобе, которые были проведены с 27 по 28 октября 2016 года приняли участие 9 школ и 148 человек.
Стенд –моб по 6 – направлению «Риддер – Глубокое – Шемонайха», которые были проведены с 06 февраля по 8 февраля 2017 года приняли участие 7 школ и 167 человек.
Работа в школах с учениками выпускных классов
Согласно графику проведения профориентационных мероприятий ТиПО по реализации программы «Путеводитель», включающий в себя курсы предпрофильной подготовки учащихся 8-11 классов города Семей, лаборантом по профориентационной работе Кадырбековой Л.К. были проведены профильная агитация в следующих школах № 31, № 32, № 33, № 34, № 36, № 37, № 38, № 39, № 40, № 41.
В рамках программы «Взгляд в будущее: модернизация общественного сознания» было организовано мероприятие в формате консультационной площадки в помощь в выборе будущей профессии для учащихся 9 – 11 классов школ города, отделом образования города Семей на базе средней школы № 49 города Семей 6 марта 2018 года. На мероприятии участвовали 18 школ и охват учащихся с 9 по 11 классы составил 547 детей.
День открытых дверей в колледже
5 января 2018 года на базе колледжа был проведен «День открытых дверей» для учащихся 11 классов КГУ «Детский дом №8 семейного типа», 5 февраля 2018 года для учащихся 11 классов среднеобразовательных школ города Семей № 11, № 13, № 26, № 32.
