“The Harmful influence of destructive currents on the youth of Kazakhstan”

October 25, 2018 members of the outreach group held a meeting with the 2nd year students. The theme of the meeting: “the Harmful influence of destructive currents on the youth of Kazakhstan.”
Destructive religious trends pose a threat to public security, the institution of marriage and family, physical and mental health. During the meeting, videos were shown about the manipulation of representatives of non-traditional movements, the purpose of cults and methods of their impact on young people through social networks. At the meeting, questions were raised about the prevention of such events in the family and how to protect yourself and your loved ones from such harmful effects.
At the end of the meeting it was noted that traditional religions emphasize the importance of such values as respect for another person, mercy, justice, sincerity and truthfulness, helping people, kindness and compassion. The participants of the meeting asked the students ‘ questions and received comprehensive answers and explanations.
