Lecture-talk on “Mental health”

November 19, 2020, the higher College of geodesy and cartography hosted a lecture-talk for second-year students on “Mental health”.
The students were addressed by: teacher-psychologist Asetova B. Zh.
Mental health is a state of well-being in which a person realizes their abilities, can resist the usual life stresses, work productively and contribute to their community.
At the end of the conversation, students asked questions and received comprehensive answers on all topics of interest to them.
